Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12-ounce bottle Pillars Vanilla Drinkable Yogurt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup rolled oats (old fashioned oats)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin or apple pie spice

These Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats taste like dessert but work like breakfast. A quick shake is all it takes to prep a few servings ahead — rich pumpkin, fall spices, creamy oats, and Pillars Vanilla Drinkable Yogurt come together for a simple, seasonal start to your day.

Yield – approx. 3 servings

Serving Size – approx. 1/2 cup

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large airtight container. Cover and shake vigorously to combine well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve with whipped cream and nuts as garnish.
