Pillars Mango Chia Pudding Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 12-ounce bottles of Pillars Mango Flavored Drinkable Yogurt
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup fresh or frozen banana chunks
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (optional)
- Water, as needed

Prep Time – 5 minutes (chia pudding: minimum 4 hours resting time)
Yield – 2 servings
Serving Size – ½ cup chia pudding + ½ cup smoothie
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine chia seeds and one bottle of Mango Pillars in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight. Seeds will soak up liquid and create a pudding consistency.
- When ready to serve, blend mango and banana chunks with turmeric and second bottle of Mango Pillars. Add water ¼ cup at a time as needed for pourable consistency.
- Spoon chia pudding into the bottom of servings glasses and pour mango smoothie on top. Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
