Chocolate Chunk Cookie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 packets stevia extract
- 1/2 tsp organic psyllium husk powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp pink sea salt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 bottle Plain Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor/extract
- 1-2 tsp water, as needed
- 4 squares dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix together dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix together until a dough forms.
- Roughly chop chocolate chunks and fold into dough, reserving some to decorate the top of the cookies.
- Roll into 4 dough balls, flatten, top with extra chocolate.
- Bake at 350˚F for 6-7 minutes!
