Chocolate Chunk Cookie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 packets stevia extract
1/2 tsp organic psyllium husk powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp pink sea salt
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 bottle Plain Pillars Drinkable Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla flavor/extract
1-2 tsp water, as needed
4 squares dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix together until a dough forms.
Roughly chop chocolate chunks and fold into dough, reserving some to decorate the top of the cookies.
Roll into 4 dough balls, flatten, top with extra chocolate.
Bake at 350˚F for 6-7 minutes!
